Digital Product Sales:

All sales of digital products are considered final. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We encourage customers to review product details and specifications carefully before completing their purchase. Digital products are emailed instantly after purchase.

Digital Products Refunds and Exchanges:

Please note that due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than technical issues that prevent access to the purchased digital content. In the event of such technical issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Digital Products Private Label Rights:

Please note that all products offered on our site are intended for personal use only and are not authorized for commercial use or resale. While we may release PLR (Private Label Rights) collections in the future, at this time, all Digital Excellence products are strictly prohibited from being used for resale purposes.

T-Shirt Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your t-shirt order, please follow the steps below to receive assistance:

  1. Tracking and Shipment Issues: If you are experiencing problems with tracking your order or shipment, please refer to the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email or on your invoice from Printify. For further assistance, contact our Support Team directly.
  2. Reporting an Issue with Received Products: If you need to report an issue with the received product, such as damage or a manufacturing error, please call the number on your invoice from Printify. Provide a clear photo showing the issue to facilitate the process.
  3. Requesting a Return or Exchange: To request a return or exchange due to a damaged product or manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Printify offers a free reprint or a refund for eligible cases. Use the “Submit issue” form on our website, and ensure you attach a clear photo of the issue.
  4. Editing or Canceling Your T-Shirt Order: If the order hasn’t been sent to production yet, you can cancel or make changes to your order. This includes adding or removing products, updating shipping details, or changing the shipping method. Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
